Longevity Lounge Esthetics is a specialist laser skin clinic in Double Bay, in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. The clinic is owned and operated by Kelly McNamara, a registered nurse with more than 20 years of laser experience. Longevity Lounge is an appointment-only medical aesthetic practice focused on CO2 and Fotona laser, pigmentation correction, rosacea reduction, and laser tattoo removal.

Kelly McNamara is the founder, director, and lead laser practitioner of Longevity Lounge Esthetics. Kelly is a registered nurse (AHPRA-licensed) with over 20 years of laser experience. She personally performs all laser treatments at the clinic. Every new client has a complimentary one-on-one consultation with Kelly before any treatment is booked.
Kelly's treatment philosophy centres on individualised laser protocols, skin type suitability, and realistic outcome planning. She works with Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI and tailors wavelengths and settings to each client's skin history and treatment goals. Her approach emphasises "less is more" — conservative, tailored protocols that enhance skin quality progressively rather than aggressive one-off treatments.
CO2 laser resurfacing is an ablative fractional laser treatment that removes microscopic columns of damaged skin to stimulate collagen production. Kelly offers both deeper resurfacing protocols and Cool Peel variants for reduced downtime. Cool Peel typically has 1-3 days of mild pinkness, while standard fractional CO2 has 5-7 days of recovery.
Fotona laser toning uses a long-pulse Nd:YAG wavelength to treat pigmentation, redness, and uneven tone while supporting collagen remodelling. Suitable for a wider range of skin types than many alternatives and typically involves no downtime.
Treats sun spots, age spots, solar lentigines, and uneven pigmentation using multi-wavelength laser platforms. Kelly assesses each client to confirm pigmentation is suitable for laser treatment and to rule out melasma or conditions requiring a different approach.
Vascular laser targets haemoglobin in dilated capillaries and diffuse redness associated with rosacea, flushing, and telangiectasia. Protocols available for face, neck, decolletage, and nose. Most clients see significant reduction after 2-4 sessions.
Q-switched Nd:YAG (1064nm and 532nm KTP) high-energy pulses break down tattoo pigment. Most tattoos require 5-12 sessions spaced 6-8 weeks apart.
